History of the Copper Lantern Boutique Inn
The Inn, built on land originally willed to Charles Bekem in 1852, started its life as a manse for the historic Sinking Spring Presbyterian Church. Completed in 1873, the house was built by Frank Smith and James Fields for Rev. Edward H. Bamett.
